Unity Hall
People: Accommodates 100 seated at tables, or up to 200 seated theatre style.
Equipment: Sound and Light system. Microphone and portable stage. OHP's, flipcharts, screen & multi-media projector can all be supplied on request.
Catering: Serving hatch to kitchen. This room maybe used with Garden Room and garden annex. We can provide refreshments for conferences and training days.
Drinks: Alcoholic drinks must be arranged through the Manager.

Arden  Room                                                                  People: Accommodates up to 40 seated theatre style.                                                                                                        Equipment: Whiteboard and power points, OHP's, flipcharts and screens can be provided. Tables and seating are provided to suit users needs. The Disabled toilet is located next to the Arden.                                                                                             Catering: Access to self-catering facilities or we can provide refreshments for conference and training days.

Barbridge 1 Room                                                                              People: Accommodates up to 12 people, suitable for small meetings or interviews.
Equipment: Tables and seating are provided to suit users needs.                                 White Board and OHP screen are fixtures in room.                                           Catering: Access to self-catering facilities or we can provide refreshments for conference  and training days.

Equipment: Tables and seating arranged to suit users needs.                                         Sink area in room, air conditioning and heating unit fixed in room.                              Multi-media equipment can be used.                                                                                                                Catering: Access to self-catering facilities or refreshments can be                           supplied and serviced by BVC for seminars and meetings.

Ryton Room
People: Suitable only for small meetings and music rehearsals.
Equipment: Bench seating, windows shuttered to improve sound insulation.
Catering: Access to self-catering facilities.

Room Hire

Our standard rates of hire are very competitive and we can offer concessions to charities and community groups.                                                

 All rooms are available for half or full day training, seminars and conferences.                                                                                                              BVC can provide the following at no extra cost:
